The Pumpkin Farm

On Sunday the 25th we went the pumpkin farm. We could not stay long due to the weather and the level of muddiness. It had rained for about a week straight before we went, so it was quite nasty. All in all the kids had fun. Here are some random shots from our visit.

Here are Daddy and Kyle carving our pumpkins.

Happy Halloween

We hope everyone had a great Halloween. Chris was in Kansas visiting Great Grandma Carmen for her 90th, so I do not have any pictures of him as Ernie. I do though have a few of Kyle and Mo.

Kyle loved it! He could not wait to hand out more candy to the kids. Once he realized how much candy he was getting, he loved the trick or treating part of it as well. Morgan was a little under the weather, so hopefully next year she will enjoy it more. She ended up staying home most of the time and just enjoying the silence of the house.

Getting ready for Kyle's preschool Halloween party.

Fun at the party. The sang and played a few games. The kids had a blast.

Morgan helping to stuff the Winiecki scarecrow. She could have spent all night doing it.

Playing in the hay while making our scarecrow.

Our scarecrow all stuffed and ready to sit on our porch.

Waiting patiently for his turn as boo buckets.

Nice shot Emma.

Is it my turn?!?!?!? I love this game!

I got one in the bucket!

Waiting to sing their songs on stage. He liked being up there with all of his friends.

Halloween Day

You can see she just is not herself. The pinkeye did not help any either. But she does look darn cute!

A picture with some of the crazy cousins before trick or treating.

Kyle taking pics of his cousins and sister before trick or treating.

Trick or Treat.

Look at all my loot! This is my favorite one!

Can you say sugar buzz!!!

Adding to the Clan

Well, as most of you have heard, we are adding to our family. We can not say we were not in shock for the first week or so, but now happiness and excitement fill our hearts.
The big c-section date is either April 8th or 9th. The kids are very excited, at least Chris and Kyle. Mo really does not understand yet.
Morning sickness has hit hard this time around. It is pretty much all day sickness and I am not sure what this alien inside me has in store. This is by far the hardest one yet. It could be because I am 14 years older than when I had my first or I have 3 others to take care. Either way, it is all worth it in the end.

Hope all is well with everyone and we love you all.
Kati, Dave and the kids.

Camping

The last weekend in June we went camping with most of our extended family. The kids had a blast and we want to do it again. The weather was a bit warm, but the lake cooled us off. We did have a few storms on Saturday night, but all was dry in the morning.

Chris was excited to be going fishing with Uncle Jimmy at 1 in the morning. Yes, you read it right, 1 AM. Kyle loved to run over to the park and just play with all of the cousins. Morgan was not as thrilled as she was either being held or in her pack and play. Too many things for her to eat or fall on. Next year she will be ready to go run across with the cousins to the park.
Here are some highlights of the weekend.

The Beach

The rare shot of Chris.

A normal shot of Abby, ripping the straw off the juice box. The girl has the strongest teeth anywhere around.

Dave chilling after a yummy lunch.

Not the best shot, but this was a really cool looking bug by our site. It was about 3 inches long.

Chris being oh so peaceful. My favorite time of the day.
